30-Day Return Policy:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
For international customers: Please note that we can refund only the amount you paid for the product on our website. Hilo Sports is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur in your local area, including local taxes, duties, or customs fees. As such, we cannot reimburse these expenses.
