Refunds & Returns Policy

We value your business and understand that shopping concerns can arise unexpectedly. As such, we have developed a Refunds and Returns Policy for your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Hilo Sports (ABN 99 683 880 467) accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • If you experience an issue with our products, please reach out to us. Defective items will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, potentially resulting in repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  • For international customers: Please note that we can refund only the amount you paid for the product on our website. Hilo Sports is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur in your local area, including local taxes, duties, or customs fees. As such, we cannot reimburse these expenses.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@hilosports.com.au.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund for a defective item, Hilo Sports will bear the cost of return shipping.

Initiating a Return or Refund:

  • To begin the return or refund process, please send an email to contact@hilosports.com.au. Please include your order number as well as detailed information about the item(s) and reason(s) for your return including any relevant photos & videos.

Exclusions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged.
